Client Showcase – Blake’s Closet

Summer is just around the corner. Are you ready? I know that we are all definitely looking forward to no homework for a while. Unfortunately, the summertime challenge most families face is how to keep your child’s room clean. It seems the more time they spend at home, the messier their room becomes.

Randy Hinman, Closet Factory designer, recently took on the challenge of redesigning a child’s closet to solve that problem. Designer Randy Hinman said “Blake’s closet was standard cleat and shelf. His toys ended up wherever they landed.” The challenge was to design a closet that Blake could really use.

After Randy spent time with both clients, Blake and his mommy, he understood what they were both looking for. Mom wanted a closet that would enable her son to reach his own clothes so he could dress himself AND put his clothes away and Blake wanted a special place to store his Star Wars toys.

Design features include a classic white construction with 3mm edge hanging rods at the child’s height and adjustable shelving that can change as the child’s needs change.

If you have a closet challenge in your home, let Closet Factory help you solve it. We specialize in customized organization solutions for your greatest organizational challenge.  Some companies simply measure and install pre-fabricated parts they’ve built hundreds of times before, but  this is not a true custom closet. At Closet Factory of Richmond, we don’t work with pre-fabricated parts. Every closet is individually designed and built for every client.

You, too, can get organized this summer. Blake is definitely ready for some summer fun. In the words of one of our youngest clients, “I’m so excited mommy, I love my closet!”
